Box Labeling
Let’s Talk Box Labeling -

By regulation they are to use general descriptions when labeling boxes. With that you end up with a lot of “kitchenware” or “closet items” and then you aren't quite sure what is in them.

While general descriptions are used, you can always ask the crews to provide a more detailed description, or add your own descriptions. Keep in mind that the inventory will be made based on what the boxes are labeled as.

Examples:

Closet items vs Hats, boots, winter gear

kitchenware vs bakeware and Tupperware

Living room decor vs pictures, table items
Below you will see more acceptable means of how boxes should be labeled. I know what is in each, and my more expensive appliances like the instapot and air fryer are accounted for. I now know what boxes will be prioritized for our partial unpack. The only thing missing from these boxes is our contact info stamp. Labels are from BoxOps (I love them!)
